At Smiloriaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
